Buddy Clement

Superintendent
Montana

George "Buddy" Clement brings a rare combination of deep Montana roots and hard-won construction experience to his role as Superintendent at Teton Heritage Builders. Born and raised on a ranch north of Bozeman, Buddy grew up with an instinctive understanding of the land, the weather, and what it means to build things that last.

Buddy studied at Montana State University, where he also competed as a bull rider for the MSU Rodeo Team and on the Professional Bull Riders circuit — an experience that speaks volumes about his composure under pressure and his commitment to seeing things through. That same grit has defined his construction career, during which he has delivered custom homes across Montana, Wyoming, and Utah, including years of work in Big Sky's demanding high-end residential market.

Outside of work, Buddy is most at home in the mountains and rivers of the Northern Rockies. An avid skier, hunter, angler, and rock climber, he has also paddled the Grand Canyon — twice — a feat that tells you everything you need to know about how he approaches a challenge.
