Sophie's teamwork and drive started on the ice. A former collegiate hockey player, Sophie served as club president for the team while working toward her Bachelor's in Business at Montana State, where she's now in her final semester. She's brought that same teamwork and drive straight into construction. For the past three years she's been part of the team at Teton Heritage Builders, where she built the company's Operations & Maintenance manuals and rolled out a QR code system that keeps jobsites easy to navigate. Her attention to detail and knack for problem-solving have made her a valuable contributor to the team. Outside of work, she's usually on the mountain, near the water, or wherever her dog decides to drag her next.
